Brief

In 2018, Sky One launched a new show called Carnage, hosted by Freddy Flintoff, Vick Hope and Lethal Bizzle.

Sky One briefed my team to create a compelling social video that would appeal to Lethal Bizzle’s audience (a new audience to Sky) and embody the spirit of the show.

Approach

Researching Lethal Bizzle uncovered his well know love for Kung Fu and his stage alter-ego “Blackie Chan”.

Inspired by the YouTube hit "Kung Fury" and other parody kung-fu movies of the 80s, we shot a trailer for a mock kung-fu movie "Kung-Fu Carnage" starring “Blackie Chan”.

This two-day shoot with Lethal Bizzle included location and green screen shoots, with post-production VFX.
